| There is a large amount of mis-information being aired and pointed in all directions. Ch04 has been in-operative since 02/08. It's got NO home that's the only reason it's not on the air! There is no way it's just turned off (for whatever reason). |
| The hunt for an "affordable" home for Ch04 still is on. As anyone with experience in these matters would know these things take time. More so when you want it for nothing. |
| There have been several developments and a lot of opinions offered. Some worth listening to and others not so. One thing that has been uncovered is the fact that ACMA are playing the rule book to the letter. This now even makes it harder for Ch04 to find a new home. It is believed that Ch04 will loose it's "grandfather" status should it wish to move way off the Golf Course. In short it will be treated as a new license application. It must then obey the 20k & 100k rules. |

| Most of the regular CBer's would know a new repeater has been put on air on Ch07. This is thanks to Chappo (mainly). It's had interference issues and may not always be where it is now. Any new home for Ch04 must move around it too now. |

CBer's of the Gold Coast - just be cool
all will be fixed in good time! This is for sure. The outcome of which
will possibly give CBer's of the GC a service where they've never had one
before. I see this as a chance to fix a few coverage problems Ch04 had in
the past.
